After placing your order:

1. You can email if you have questions about your order.

2. Your order will be processed manually. We’ll contact you via phone and/or email if we have any problem processing your order/payment.

3. Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 1 pm except systems which may take 1-3 days and orders having other complications. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once your package is shipped. The email will tell you the tracking number(s), date of packages shipped, and tracking info.
