We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours of you placing the order. If your order is placed Friday afternoon or Saturday/ Sunday your order will be shipped out on Monday. If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you have not received an email confirmation of your shipment please contact us via email.
Yes, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
Yes, although every effort is taken to ensure products are in stock, occasionally suppliers do not pass on stock information or delays with products.We will notify you when it’s back in stock
If your item is damaged during shipment just contact us and we will be happy to fix whatever was damaged at our cost.
If some of the discs or cases are broken we can send you replacements for whatever was damaged during shipment.
