Drop Dead Diva is the critically acclaimed Lifetime series that ran for six seasons (2009–2014), blending humor, heart, and courtroom drama into one unforgettable show.
Deb Dobkins is a beautiful but vapid aspiring model who has always relied on her looks to get by. On the way to an audition, she is killed in a sudden car accident. When her soul arrives at the gates of Heaven, the gatekeeper, Fred, declares her a “zero-zero” — someone who has performed neither good nor bad deeds in her life, existing only as a shallow shell.
